•    Annual Contract Repair Program
For customers with repetitive defective products and large amounts of equipment in place, Capital Computer Group will team up with you and determine your Annual Failure Rate. Defective equipment is sent in for repair as failures occur. This program is offered on a monthly billing cycle based on the annual failure rate determined.

•    Advanced Exchange Program
Capital Computer Group will repair or exchange your equipment within 24 hours of receipt of the defective part. This program ensures our customers a very effective and efficient process.

•    Flat-Rate Repair Program
Equipment is repaired at a fixed rate, as the failures occur.
